Qualifications

• 4 years of HR and project management experience with strong analytical and data management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines, and coordinate across global time zones.
• Demonstrates a methodological approach to problem solving; seeks solutions before escalating.
• Synthesizes information for stakeholder and senior leader presentations; records takeaways and decisions.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Product and Engineering to support the Annual Planning cycle, coordinating timelines and stakeholders.
• Serve as a compensation SME for technical partners, translating requirements into actionable guidance.
• Champion integrated planning across performance, talent, promotion, and compensation.
• Track cross-functional dependencies to keep planning workstreams aligned.
• Develop and deliver clear recommendations and presentations for senior management.
• Document decisions, requirements, and process changes to support system enhancements.
