Job summary

Sharp HealthCare seeks a Compensation Analyst to support the Compensation Center of Excellence. You will conduct audits, evaluate job data, and prepare rate recommendations while assisting with annual market analyses and pay equity initiatives.

Responsibilities include job description management, data integrity across systems, and preparation of compensation reports. Strong Excel skills and HRIS knowledge are essential; healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of compensation, benefits, and/or HRIS programs.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and influence decisions.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and ability to gather and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Data Management, Audits and Systems Administration: Conduct compensation audits for data accuracy and compliance.
• Salary Surveys and Market Data Analysis: Gather, match, validate, and submit survey data; analyze market benchmarks.
• Rate Recommendations and Compensation Administration: Prepare recommendations for hires, promotions, and transfers.
• Job Description Management and Job Evaluation: Draft and update job descriptions; ensure standards and hierarchy.
• Reporting and Administrative Support: Prepare reports and maintain compensation documentation and resources.
