• Workday experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Reviewing market data to ensure competitive compensation in the relevant market.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to support attractive compensation packages.
• Providing input on defining job hierarchies and roles within a hierarchical structure.
• Administering bonus plans aligned with performance goals.
• Supporting stakeholders in administering merit and other compensation practices.
