Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, or related area preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Compensation and/or construction experience preferred.
• HRIS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, track and process all pay change requests per compensation philosophy.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to develop and maintain job family career path documents.
• Maintain and organize benchmark job matches tied to salary surveys and market data.
• Support development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
• Provide compensation insights for labor studies to support IRA and non-IRA projects.
• Coordinate external compensation data collection and participation in 3rd party salary surveys.
• Work with department leaders on evaluation of jobs and salary survey matching.
• Conduct audits on job code build information and HR employee data.
• Support annual pay planning cycle and merit increases; ensure accurate uploads into UKG.
• Analyze survey results to advise on market competitiveness and pay trends for crafts.
• Design, build, and utilize BI metrics with Power BI for compensation insights.
