MasTec, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to review pay changes, prepare salary surveys, and audit job data across multiple craft groups. You will partner with HR and finance to maintain benchmark matches, analyze market data, and support incentive plans using BI tools like Power BI.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or other relevant area of study preferred.
• One to three years of related experience.
• Compensation and/or construction experience preferred.
• HRIS system experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process pay change requests per compensation philosophy.
• Partner with HRBP to develop and maintain job family career path documents.
• Maintain benchmark job matches tied to salary surveys and market data.
• Support the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs.
• Provide compensation insights for labor studies to support project proposal and estimating teams for IRA and non-IRA projects.
• Coordinate external compensation data collection and participation in 3rd party salary surveys.
