You will analyze market data, maintain salary structures, and partner with HR leaders. Strong Excel and Workday experience are essential, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in compensation, HR analytics, Total Rewards or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing analyses and evaluate compensation trends, survey data, and competitive pay practices to support hourly compensation recommendations
• Develop, maintain, and administer hourly salary structures, pay ranges, job classifications, and grade assignments
• Partner with HR Managers and business leaders to provide guidance on job pricing, pay placement, compensation policies, and market competitiveness
• Maintain compensation data, job architecture, and pay structures within Workday and related systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Support compensation reviews related to reorganizations, acquisitions, minimum wage changes, and market adjustments
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations, pay transparency requirements, and other applicable compensation standards
• Prepare compensation reports, analyses, and dashboards, respond to stakeholder inquiries, and identify opportunities to improve processes, data integrity, and operational efficiency
