Delaware North is seeking a Compensation Analyst to join our Buffalo, NY headquarters. You will support hourly compensation programs, pricing analyses, and salary structures across the organization.

The role requires collaboration with HR managers and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness and policy adherence. This full-time position emphasizes data integrity, process improvement, and compliance with wage laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, HR, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in compensation, HR analytics, Total Rewards, or related fields.
• Experience with market pricing and compensation analysis.
• Experience supporting salary structures and pay grades in a multi-state environment.
• CPP or SPHR designation is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis.
• Experience with compensation survey platforms and market data sources.
• Workday or similar HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market pricing analyses and evaluate compensation trends and survey data.
• Develop and administer hourly salary structures, pay ranges, and job classifications.
• Advise HR managers and leaders on job pricing, pay placement, and market competitiveness.
• Maintain compensation data and job architecture in Workday and related systems.
• Support compensation reviews during reorganizations, acquisitions, and wage changes.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour regulations and pay transparency.
• Prepare reports and dashboards; respond to stakeholder inquiries and improve data quality and efficiency.
