Delaware North in Buffalo, NY is seeking a full-time Compensation Analyst to support hourly compensation programs across our organization. You will develop and maintain salary structures, analyze market data, and partner with HR leaders to ensure competitive pay practices.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business/finance/HR (MBA preferred), 3+ years in compensation analytics, strong Excel, and experience with Workday or similar HRIS.
Delaware North is hiring a full-time Compensation Analyst to join our team at our global headquarters in Buffalo, New York. As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the administration and maintenance of compensation programs for hourly positions across the organization.
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $66,500 - $89,900 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan.
