Job summary

Riverside Health System in Newport News, Virginia seeks a Compensation professional to administer base pay, incentive pay, and performance management in line with pay practices. You will partner with HR & Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate job descriptions and strong market match for divisions.

You will conduct complex job analyses, maintain compensation plans in HRIS, advise executives on pay equity, and support annual merit and incentive processes.

Qualifications

• 2 years Demonstrated experience in job analysis, market benchmarking, internal compression review and other complex compensation programs.
• 2 years Compensation experience in healthcare industry (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Conducts complex job analysis to ensure strong market match and prepares market data analyses.
• Maintains job structures and pays structures in HRIS, auditing job profiles for accuracy.
• Provides compensation consulting to HR Partners on market pricing, job structures, and incentive plans.
• Assists with merit/performace processes and ensures compliance with PM policies.
• Maintains and audits compensation plan data and exports to HRIS.
