Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Compensation Analyst to develop and implement compensation programs aligned with our reward strategy. You will perform market analysis, manage internal pay structures, and administer compensation using the INFOR GHR ERP system to ensure accurate, equitable pay for all roles.

Responsibilities include data audits, job grading, equity analysis across locations, and advising leadership on salary proposals and budget guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proficiency in software skills, including PC spreadsheets.
• 2-4 years of compensation work experience is required.
• 1 year of INFOR ERP System experience is required.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies.
• Utilize INFOR GHR for reliability and efficiency; generate necessary employee reports for analysis.
• Audits and maintains alignment of compensation data (grades, job levels, salary structures, codes, titles).
• Evaluate new and revised job descriptions and research market data for grading and FLSA classification.
• Communicate approved salary and wage information according to guidelines and market data.
• Conduct internal equity analysis across ministries, facilities, and locations.
• Prepare and analyze complex data to inform management decisions.
• Document requests, reviews, and recommendations; consult with leadership on job descriptions and architecture.
• Provide advice on resolution of classification and salary complaints.
