Job summary

St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a Compensation Administrator to support the administration of our compensation programs. The role partners with HR leadership and managers to ensure fair, competitive pay practices aligned with our values and mission.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least three years in Human Resources (with two years in compensation) and experience in healthcare compensation. We offer day one benefits and a collaborative, patient-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years in Human Resources.
• Two years of compensation experience preferred.
• Healthcare compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assists in the overall administration of the compensation programs for St. Luke's. Participates in special projects. Serves as a resource to employees and managers. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree required

Experience: A minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources preferred, with minimum of two years of compensation experience preferred. Strongly prefer previous health-care compensation experience.
