Position Summary:
Serves as a liaison between patients, families and all departments and sites of service,providinga neutral resource for thetimelyresolution of customers' concerns, problems, and unmet needs.Identifiesand interacts with allappropriate organizationalleaders to coordinate andfacilitatethe investigation,mediationand effective resolution of areas of concern with a special emphasis on those related to clinical care.Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education:Associates Degreeor higher in Behavioral Science, Public Relations, or equivalent experience withdemonstrated conflict resolution skills. Healthcare experience is required.
