St. Luke’s Hospital is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to support recruitment across professional, clinical, technical and support positions. You will collaborate with schools and training facilities, sourcing and attracting candidates to promote St.

Luke's as an employer of choice. In this role you will work independently, using judgment to handle routine and non-routine situations, while upholding our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field is required.
• Previous Talent Acquisition experience is required.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Provides talent acquisition support to St. Luke's Hospital for professional, clinical, technical and support positions. Works closely with schools, colleges and universities, and area training facilities to form relationships with staff and students in order to promote St. Luke's as an employer of choice, including career fairs and special events. Works with internal and external groups to source and attract candidates for open positions. Is able to work independently, using own judgment and initiative to determine appropriate action in both routine and non-routine situations. Ensures that St. Luke's values are reflected in all of its operations. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree required with the major field of concentration in Human Resources or a related required.

Experience: Previous Talent Acquisition experience required.
