Hill Top Animal Hospital near Evans, GA, is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our veterinary team. You will greet clients and their pets, triage inquiries, answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and handle check-in/check-out and payments with compassion.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of veterinary receptionist experience, demonstrates excellent communication, teamwork, and multi-tasking, and is motivated to grow their knowledge through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Experienced receptionist with a minimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred.
• Compassionate, calm, team player, multi-tasker and strong communicator.
• Highly organized and possess computer skills.
• Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance knowledge and skillset.

Responsibilities
