• Minimum 1 year of experience as a veterinary receptionist.
• Experience with veterinary practice management software (Cornerstone, Avimark, ImproMed, eVetPractice, or ezyVet preferred).
• Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology, vaccination protocols, and basic diagnostic procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and check in clients and patients; verify/update medical records and appointment details.
• Answer on multi-line phone system; assist with scheduling, refills, vaccination records, and info requests.
• Process payments; post charges; explain invoices; schedule follow-up appointments.
• Communicate medical information accurately and compassionately, including end-of-life discussions.
