Columbus Countryside Veterinary Clinic in Wisconsin is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited team. You will be the first impression for clients, coordinate appointments, and handle payments while supporting a practice focused on high-quality, compassionate care for small animals.

We value clear communication, organization, and teamwork. Experience with veterinary software is preferred, and a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays helps our busy hospital stay

Formación

• Passion for excellent customer service and love for animals.
• Excellent communication and calm judgment in stressful situations.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with veterinary software is preferred; flexible weekends/holidays required.

Responsabilidades

• Be Director of First Impressions: manage multi-line phone, greet clients, reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain records, schedule appointments, handle payments.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Embody Compassion: be a calm presence, showing empathy to clients and pets.
