Job summary

Mission Pet Health in Parker, CO seeks a Receptionist to deliver compassionate, efficient client service and support the clinical team in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

You will manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients, coordinate appointments, and handle payments while maintaining accurate records. Veterinary software experience is preferred; availability Monday–Friday 9:30 AM–6:00 PM is expected.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, including handling stressful situations with good judgment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with veterinary software is preferred.
• Veterinary experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, and reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointments, and handle financial transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services to ensure optimal care.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: be a calming presence for clients and treat each pet with care.
