Responsibilities

• Greet clients and offer warm, professional acknowledgement at entry.
• Speak clearly, slowly, and calmly in person and on the telephone.
• Assess each arrival's need and determine emergency status (stat vs standard).
• Confirm all appointments and inform clients how to prepare their pet for the visit.
• Provide emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
• Serve as liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains.
