Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly demeanor with eye contact and a calm voice.
• Act as a compassionate listener for clients and pets.
• Speak clearly to clients in person and by phone.
• Assess when a client/pet requires urgent care and classify emergencies.
• Route non-patient calls to the appropriate team member.
• Confirm appointments and prepare clients for visits.
• Provide emotional support and resources to grieving clients.
• Liaise with service agencies during handling of pet remains.
