• 1+ year experience as a veterinary receptionist or medical receptionist in a clinical setting.
• Ability to use practice management software and manage multi-line phone systems.
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology, vaccination protocols, and basic medical records management.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, verify/update medical records, and confirm appointments using practice management software.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system; respond to scheduling, refill, and information requests.
• Process client payments, post charges, and schedule follow-up visits; explain invoices clearly.
