Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year veterinary reception experience.
• Saturdays until 12pm required.
• Highly organized with computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients, triage concerns, answer calls or emails and direct to the appropriate party.
• Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow.
• Check in and check out clients and process payments.
• Provide compassionate emotional support during times of need.
