Qualifications

• Previous veterinary receptionist experience is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Comfortable working with computers, scheduling programs, and veterinary software.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow with the practice.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets on arrival.
• Check clients in and out accurately.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Communicate hospital information to clients and staff.
