You will support seamless care coordination, handle medical records and appointment scheduling, and assist with financial transactions. The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and a genuine love for animals, with opportunities for growth as the network

Qualifications

• Veterinary experience is preferred and strong customer service skills is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients with a positive attitude, reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, handle financial transactions.
