Job summary

Veterinary Medical Center of The Woodlands is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first contact for clients and patients in a fast-paced veterinary setting. The ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping people and their pets.

Veterinary experience is preferred, but strong customer service experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
• Answer multi-line phones and manage appointment scheduling
• Check patients in and out efficiently with accurate records
• Assist clients with questions regarding services, meds, and policies
• Process payments and manage daily financial transactions
• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and pet owners
• Manage client records in the practice management system
• Support general practice and weekend urgent care scheduling
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Provide compassionate support to clients during difficult situations
