Job summary

Animal Clinic at Mission Square in Texas is seeking a Client Service Representative to deliver a welcoming, efficient experience for clients and patients. The CSR handles reception, records, appointments, and daily practice administration to keep operations running smoothly.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will process payments, update records, answer calls, and coordinate with veterinarians to support outstanding patient care while upholding safety and courtesy during every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in veterinary settings preferred.
• OSHA safety practices including PPE recommended.
• Strong client service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the practice per manager instructions and procedures.
• Maintain front desk, reception area, waiting area, and exam rooms in a clean, presentable state.
• Process payments and manage billing activities including accounts.
