Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals, Inc is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. You will be the face of the practice, greeting clients and guiding their pets to exam rooms while delivering compassionate service.

You will schedule appointments, handle payments, explain fees, promote products and services, educate clients on basic pet care, and help keep medical records organized in a clean, welcoming hospital.

Qualifications

• Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care.

Responsibilities
