Grandview Animal Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative in Grandview, MO. You will be the first and last impression for clients, greeting pets and their people with warmth and efficiency.

You will manage appointments, payments, and communications, while supporting the medical team with accurate records and clear information. The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, with preferred veterinary or medical office experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Previous veterinary/animal care, medical office, or client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Schedule appointments and help clients choose the best care options for their pets.
• Answer calls, emails, and texts with empathy and accuracy.
• Check clients in/out, process payments, and review invoices.
• Explain services, policies, treatment plans, and wellness recommendations.
• Assist with medication refills, reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate client/patient records in the practice management system.
• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and clients.
• Handle client concerns with compassion and professionalism.
• Educate on preventive care, wellness visits, vaccination schedules, and hospital resources.
