Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and in stressful situations.
• Manages lobby flow, schedules appointments, and addresses client concerns.
• Assists with basic pet health-related inquiries and product/service information.
• Performs data entry in practice management software including billing tasks.
• Supports with retail sales, pet weighing, and maintaining records; handles cash at end of day.
