Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a veterinary practice.
• Excellent customer service in-person, over the phone, and in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person, on the phone, and in stressful situations.
• Manage lobby flow, schedule appointments, and address concerns.
• Assist with medication pickups and information on services and products.
• Enter and manage data in practice management software, including billing.
• Assist with retail sales, weigh pets, and maintain records.
• Reconcile cash drawer and perform end-of-day duties.
