Job summary

Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide a full range of speech-language pathology services in an interdisciplinary setting.

The role requires active or pending SLP licensure, a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, and 0–1 years of experience. CCC-SLP is preferred; CPR certification is also recommended.

Qualifications

• Must have active or pending SLP state license
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
