Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our patient‑focused care team in Indiana. You must hold an active or pending state SLP license to apply.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing therapy plans, and delivering therapy for speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders, while documenting progress in accordance with facility policies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA is preferred or required.
• Active state SLP licensure (or pending) is required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through assessments and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve communication skills, including articulation, language, voice, and swallowing.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques to support progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
