Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing functions.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy approaches, and progress.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans per policy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
