Qualifications

• Must hold an active or pending state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders through clinical assessments and patient interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve articulation, language, voice, and swallowing.
• Educate patients and families about disorders, therapy techniques and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
