Job summary

Synchrony Rehab, a subsidiary of Trilogy Health Services LLC, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our OH location in Sylvania. You must hold an active or pending state SLP license to apply. We offer a supportive interdisciplinary environment and a culture focused on compassionate care.

The role includes comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and delivering therapy to improve speech, language, and swallowing. Prior CCC-SLP and CPR credentials are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state SLP licensure (or pending).
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals.
• Provide therapy to improve articulation, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing.
