Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You must hold an active state SLP license to apply; CCC‑SLP is preferred or required. A Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology is required. Experience is 0-1 years.

You will evaluate patients, develop individualized therapy plans, provide therapy for articulation, language, voice, and swallowing, and educate families. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team is essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have active SLP state licensure.
• CCC-SLP from ASHA preferred or required.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessments.
• Provide therapy to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and therapy techniques.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
