Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a part-time Server for our Round Rock community. You will help create a warm dining experience, build relationships with residents, and ensure top-notch service in our community restaurant.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, taking orders, assisting with drink selections, and handling POS communications. Availability includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience as a server or in hospitality settings.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.
• Strong customer service presentation.
• 18+ age with schoolwork authorization if under 18.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as required.
