Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities, LLC. is seeking a dedicated Server for our community restaurant in Arizona. You will help create an inviting dining experience for residents, build relationships, and deliver top-level service in a friendly, guest-focused environment.

You will greet residents, take orders, present menus, and work with a state-of-the-art POS system to ensure timely, accurate service while upholding Spectrum’s care standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service and a welcoming demeanor.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by state.
• Strong customer service presentation.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables and present menus; assist in drink selection.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen using the POS system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as established by the community.
