Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is hiring a part-time server to join our community restaurant. You will help create an outstanding dining experience, build relationships with residents, and ensure top-notch service consistent with our standards.

Responsibilities include guiding residents to tables, presenting menus, suggesting dishes, and assisting with drink selection, while using a state-of-the-art POS system to relay orders.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service presentation.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler's Card.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as required by the community.
