Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a full-time Server to create an amazing dining experience for our residents. You will greet guests, guide them to their tables, present menus, and help with drink selection during weekday shifts from 6am to 2:30pm.

As a valued team member, you will communicate orders via a state-of-the-art POS system and perform opening/closing dining room duties. A friendly, service-oriented attitude is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must have a Food Handler’s Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for residents.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes and assist with drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders using the point of sale system.
• Complete opening and closing dining room duties as required.
