Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a full-time Server to help create an exceptional dining experience for residents. You will direct guests to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection, delivering the attentive service our residents expect.

You will use our POS system to communicate orders, complete opening and closing dining room duties, and build relationships with residents.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive, friendly demeanor and strong customer service orientation.
• If under 18, must provide schoolwork authorization where applicable.
• Server must hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handler’s Card as required by regulations.
• Strong presentation and guest service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection.
• Communicate resident orders clearly using the POS system.
• Complete dining room opening and closing duties as scheduled by the community.
