Job summary

Spectrum Retirement Communities is seeking a Part-Time Server to help create an inviting dining experience for residents. You will direct guests to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and coordinate with residents and team members to ensure smooth service.

You will work varied shifts in our community restaurant, build relationships with residents, and uphold high standards of hospitality. Training and a Food Handler's Card are required or can be arranged, and part-time staff enjoy benefits

Qualifications

• A big smile, eagerness to learn, and compassion for our Residents.
• If under the age of 18 must provide proper schoolwork authorization (if applicable)
• Server must hold a Food Handler’s Card or be willing to obtain one facilitated by Spectrum, as required by state and/or county regulations
• Strong customer service presentation

Responsibilities

• Direct residents to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, and assist in drink selection
• Communicate specific resident orders, utilizing our state-of-the-art point of sale system
• Complete all dining room opening and closing duties as established by your community
