Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a compassionate Care Partner in Florida to assist residents with daily living activities, safety, and engagement. You will work with a team to provide personalized care and maintain dignity during routines and transitions.

Responsibilities include mobility support, housekeeping, and responding to calls, while ensuring infection control and resident rights. Training will cover state regulations and company policies, with benefits and flexible scheduling

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CNA/HHA preferred, but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• License / Certificate for Medication Assistance as needed per state regulations preferred.
• Able to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate clearly with residents and team members.
• Willingness to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and ADLs per care plan.
• Perform daily housekeeping tasks per procedures.
• Perform laundry duties as assigned.
• Review and participate in shift and verbal reports.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs.
• Promote independence and resident preferences.
• Provide verbal encouragement and support to residents.
• Communicate changes in resident needs to Health & Wellness Director.
• Respond to resident pendant/wearable calls promptly.
• Maintain infection control practices and confidentiality.
