Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a Care Partner to join our team in Florida. You will assist residents with daily living activities, housekeeping, and medication-related tasks as needed, while upholding care plans and infection control standards.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, teamwork, and dependable shift coverage including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior CNA/Aide credentials are preferred but not required, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Able to read/write simple correspondence and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as assigned.
• Perform daily housekeeping and laundry as requested.
• Review 24 Hour Reports and shift reports; communicate needs to supervisor.
• Assist residents to and from life enrichment programs and events.
• Maintain infection control practices and report any incidents.
• Provide respectful, warm, and supportive interactions with residents and families.
