You will collaborate with the Wellness Team to observe, document, and report changes in residents' health, and assist with meals, activities, and light housekeeping.

Ideal candidates bring a willingness to learn, strong English communication skills, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifikationen

• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
• Strong verbal communication with residents and coworkers who speak English.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check and provide licensing docs if required by state.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Monitor health and document changes to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support participation in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate with residents, families, and team members.
• Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining general cleanliness.
