Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents in our Oregon communities. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote comfort and safety, and support independence while respecting privacy and dignity.

Join a team focused on resident wellbeing, teamwork, and meaningful engagement. Weekend rotation is required, with opportunities for growth and ongoing training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification as CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA, or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Promote independence, safety, privacy, and dignity in a team setting.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities and social engagement.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Communicate openly with healthcare professionals, families, and staff.
