Responsibilities include helping with daily activities, encouraging engagement in enrichment programs, light housekeeping, and maintaining clear communication with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State-required caregiver training/certification.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring) following safety guidelines.
• Provide independence, emotional support, and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks (beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
