Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Clear verbal and written English communication with residents and coworkers who speak English.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check (state requirements apply).
• Ability to perform job duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to elders (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Monitor and document health changes and report to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities for well-being.
• Communicate with elders, families, other team members, and guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and light housekeeping as appropriate.
