Paycom - ATS is seeking a caregiver to support residents with personal care, meals, and activity participation. The role includes medication reminders, monitoring health changes, and responding to emergencies as trained.

You will help maintain a clean, safe environment while respecting residents’ dignity and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with individual and group activities, following care plans, and adhering to infection control procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Experience with seniors and caregiving tasks preferred.
• In-service training requirements must be met.

Aufgaben

• Provide resident services including personal care and meal assistance.
• Assist with medications reminders and health-related tasks per plans.
• Support residents with social and recreational activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and follow infection control procedures.
• Respond to emergency calls and report changes in resident status.
