Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Plymouth, MN, invites compassionate caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) to join our team serving seniors in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. We seek dedicated, empathetic individuals who will provide personalized care and bright moments for residents.

You’ll assist with daily living, mobility, medication support (training provided), and engage residents in meaningful activities while performing light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• AM Shift (6AM-2PM).
• Every Other Weekend.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
