Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, is seeking compassionate caregivers for our Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. We welcome CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and related roles who are passionate about seniors and person-centered care.

You will work directly with residents to provide personalized care and support, creating a brighter day for each individual. We value teamwork, reliability, and empathy in a close-knit team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• AM (6AM-2PM) Availability.
• All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
